Youngest and Elderly

First let me say, this is a tremendous course! I wish the information had been available fifty eight years ago when I started high school or at some time during my twelve years of formal education that followed high school.

Through this course I’ve discovered that today, at the age of 73, I’m not nearly the sharp thinker that I thought I was. Yes, I have noticed over the past five years or so that my ability to remember what I’ve recently read has slipped tremendously. Thus, I spend an inordinate amount of time re-reading and reviewing. I hoped this course would provide a solution to that problem and it has!

I spend a considerable amount of time in the library and in book stores such as Barnes and Noble and Borders. There I see students, among others, who appear to be struggling to memorize study notes and text book material. I approach them and ask how their studies are going. The responses, as you can imagine, are varied. I ask them if they would like to cut their study time in half and remember twice as much? There is no variation in their response to that question. It is always an enthusiastic “yes!” I then write down www.pmemory.com on the inside cover of one of their spiral notebooks along with my e-mail address. Then I ask them to let me know what they think after looking at the web site. Over the past week I’ve done that five times but have not had a response back. Maybe they haven’t had time to look at the website or maybe they looked at the website and liked it but didn’t want to respond back to me. I don’t know. Anyway, I’ll keep doing this, unless you have an objection, because I feel this material is one of the best lifetime investments a young person can make! I really appreciate the work you are doing for humanity. Keep it up!!

I could NOT have learnt this from the free manual alone. Belonging to the group of fellow students is very motivating. I would never have had enough discipline to keep learning from the manual. I like the way we have to finish one course before getting the next set of lessons. That in itself makes you push on to get through the course.

I have always enjoyed learning, and did a Bruno Furst memory course in the 1970's. That was OK at the time, but absolutely not a patch on the potential of this course. I would have learned much more in less time using this method.

Good luck if you sign up for this course. Give yourself 2 months of daily lessons and wow- you will have a phenomenal memory.

Margaret H, 72, UK

I am very satisfied with the course. I have a lot of experience memorizing languages and laws and regulations, but I had never been satisfied with my recall of historical information and, in some cases, precise information (statistics, specifications, codes, English vs. metric measures, etc.), but after these first courses, these kinds of information no longer present problems. I have not found other memory systems to be useful in this regard, having tried the peg system and Dominic O'Brien's system. Whenever I found gaps or inconsistency in the exercises, an email to Pmemory always brought a rapid and helpful response.

Controlled memorization, thank goodness, works brilliantly.

One anecdote from "real" life: Last summer I decided to bike 350 km down the Danube from Passau to Vienna. At that point I was still hacking away at the First Database, and this trip -- already bought and paid for -- meant another break from getting through the DB. On the plane to Europe I used the time to create support images of a new, much bigger DB to cover the trip's daily routes, distances, historical dates of sites, names, etc. Not only did I finish the support image structure by the time I had landed, but I had also filled in items for my first two days and fixed them in memory. Then, each evening I continued filling in as much as I could and reviewed those items the next morning at breakfast. I had all essential information for each day at my fingertips and rarely needed to refer to maps or the guidebook. It was unbelievably fun to bike this route and have a feeling of dej? v?, and an unexpected benefit was quickly being able to label and annotate all the pix I took after returning home. There's a moral here: When you have a personal stake in the material, applying GMS goes really fast and efficiently. This personal DB was a genuine pleasure to master.

My name is Michael aged 60 years old and employed as a carpenter. I’ve read many books on memory- Dr Bruno Furst, Harry Lorrane, Tony Buzan and started to do Dominic O'Brian's memory course – The most interesting of these was I think Bruno Furst . Pmemory course surpasses these in the various techniques of remembering certain information especially the database technique which can be expanded ad infinitum thereby keeping all your data in one place instead of trying to remember which journey or chain method you placed your information in. If anybody wants to improve their memory, this is, in my opinion, the Cr?me de la Cr?me. There is no other.

Michael, 60, UK

I am impressed by your technique. I look forward to the course on language, which is my basic motivation for taking the course, but am also intrigued about putting book information in memory in this format. I look forward to the rest of the course.

Charles Overby, 60, Retired M.D., USA,

Dear Pmemory, Thank you for taking the time to put together this program. I have enjoyed going through your course. The greatest benefit I have seen with your program is having the ability to learn and track diverse amounts of information. With other courses I always felt like my brain was full and I would begin loosing the links I had created and there by the ability to successfully track through all the information I had previously stored.

Keep up the good work.

It's rare that I write a testimonial, but I feel this one is absolutely necessary.

I have never thought I had a very good memory. Books and cds on memory have collected dust on my bookcases for years. None of them, I thought, offered anything other than some tips and a few hours of entertaining listening. I have never, and I mean never, seen anything as thorough, well thought-out, and potentially life-altering as this study program.

I now believe I have an excellent memory. I just never knew how to properly memorize things. A few weeks before completing the "The first Database," I decided that I would learn Spanish. I believe that I will be able to speak Spanish fluently by January of next year. I never would have had this confidence without this course demonstrating to me what my capabilities truly are. Furthermore, I think I am only beginning to understand my potential.

Additionally, I now know that I can remember statistics and other information quite readily. I also look forward to remembering the faces and details of people I meet on a regular and irregular basis.

The other interesting thing that has happened as a result of my efforts to successfully complete this program, is that my basic memory has improved dramatically. When I say basic memory, I mean my abilities to remember things when I am not really trying to do so. It truly is phenomenal.

My thanks to Pmemory for providing such a program. For anyone wondering whether they should take this course, I will offer my following thoughts: First, I believe the course is too cheap for the value you will receive if you apply yourself. Two, I don't think there is anything like it on the market today. Three, If you really think about how a phenomenal memory could impact your social of financial success, it would have to rank in the top three positions.

My age is 52. I will be 53 by October 31st. this year. I am a professional counselor by occupation. Sorry that I fell behind schedule because of certain issues around me.

I should have done this course many years back. It is the most fantastic experience of my educational life. I am thankful to you and your school. I am satisfied and will recommend the school to others around me. I astounded some people with the "magic" of remembering a list of 40 items given to me. I needed only about 7 minutes to connect these items to items in my house in Africa and remember them all from the first to the last in order and from the last to the first. I did not reveal to them how I did it.

Thank you so much. I am doing another course in counseling. I am employing what I have learned. I believe that I will perform excellently and take a shorter time. The coursework is heavy together with my regular work but now I have a tool that will assist me cover it. Once more thank you. John.

John Abiud Kimathi, 52, Professional Counselor, USA

My name is John-Michael Lamb… I'd like to say that I really appreciate what you've done with the Phenomenal Memory Course. It is the BEST! I truly believe if I continue to work and master your coursework I will obtain a Phenomenal Memory and be able to realize any creative dream, ambition, or desire for success I have.

John-Michael Lamb, 52, USA

I finally went through the first database and completed the test. The course has been challenging as I had to unlearn the codes from Dominic O'briens course and previous memory courses. The other courses were not useful for me but the Pmemory course has been great. I am using the memory skills in real life and I will be continue using them more and more in my professional career.

Thomas H, 51, CPA, Canada

Well, I am happy to say I just finished Lesson 24. Though it took longer than I planned due to a few speed bumps in life, it feels fantastic. I have been a tech for 33 years ( radar (Canadian Air Force), telephony and data (TELUS)) and I wish I had this course when I started out. I am only half way through and it is so obvious in how many ways I could have used it in my tech courses. I have a son and daughter in university and I have purchased the course for both of them.

Rick, 51, Calgary, Canada

I am very much enjoying this course. I would like to dedicate more time to it. The leader is very responsive and helpful, the materials well produced and structured. The students are keen to help each other, as is shown on the forums.

Ian Pincombe, 50, Teacher, UK

Taking the test finally made me realize that the information that I had memorized would be impossible to remember without a structured system such as GMS. In my opinion, I felt that the practice was 70% of the total value and the methods introduced to memorize certain types and groups of information as the last 30%.

I have read books from many authors such as Quantum Memory by Dominic O'Brien, a world-class memory champion, and Memory Optimizer by Vera B., a product that I felt was trying to point out the obvious. All of these books only provided techniques and they felt disconnected. There was no systematic way to do things like effectively memorizing charts with numbers and abstract data. They did, however, teach me how to memorize names and lists of easily visualized objects (pumpkin, giraffe, sailboat). I was not able to use the techniques presented practically since I was not shown how to, nor given any practical practice material. The methods they presented looked good on paper, but they did not really work in practice.

These books altogether already equal to over $300. There are other courses out there that teach the same for a crazy $1000-$3000 price tag. So... I chose to check out Phenomenal Memory's course. It only took me 2 days before I decided to buy it. I only had $800 from working in a food store, so it wasn't supposed to be an easy decision to just carelessly spend almost half of my money. I looked at the courses they provided and that was when I realized that the application of the memory tied in with scientific evidence and philosophy is altogether a powerful solution to what I needed to memorize effectively.

Now, after gone through the first two sets of lessons(1-24), I have decided that it already is well worth the $300. I haven't even learned language techniques and I already memorize vocabulary of Latin easily with the Cicero method coupled with the chain and doll. I'm looking forward to how he implements the methods for language, code, and text. Also, the course has allowed me to see my dream as a possibility - memorizing 5 languages fluently by the age of 25. Also, I'm planning to use what I have learned for programming in C++, java, QT toolkit, OpenGL, digital circuit engineering (like chip names and schematics), etc.

Andy W-T. Hsu, 15, Student, USA

I'm a very skeptical person by nature and when I saw Pmemory's demonstration video I was amazed but uncertain. I can say that at this point I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. For those who wish to by the GMS course be ready for amazing results.

Sadly I have not tried any other memorization course so I cannot compare this to anything I've ever experienced before. That being said, I have a better memory now than anyone I know. Its almost scary how easy it is to recall information, during the test I found that many times it was more frustrating to have to write down all the information I memorized than it was to actually remember it.

As of this time I have still not created any databases of information for my personal use but I feel that if I wanted to, I could very easily.

Luca Weihs, 16, Student, USA

This course has significantly enhanced my memorization skills and has given me the ability to memorize numerous amounts of data without the time consuming effort. I am greatly looking forward to the lessons ahead and hope to further develop my skill!

Hai Ly, 16, Student, Australia

I've been searching and modifying memory techniques for a while trying to come up with a way to be truly be able to memorize all sorts of information and books in everyday life and keep them long term. With GMS I can do that. GMS will unleash your hidden potential!

Chris Smith, 16, New Zealand

It's unfortunate that the Internet is littered with crackpot methods that promise to turn you into a genius. Upon finding a website called "Phenomenal Memory" it's only natural to be a skeptic. I certainly was. But this is not just another crackpot method. This is a legitimate course based on science. This course literally changes the way you think about learning things, and I mean everything! The thing that I find shocking about "Memory training" is that it isn't the standard of education everywhere. After learning about visual memory it's hard to believe that people still use rote memory to learn anything.

Halcyon, 17, Student, USA

AMAZING! I definitely see the potential of this wonderful course. It is the best course available. There are things in life that give you those ah-HA moments, when you realize something like a thunder bolt hits you. This course is one of them. I LOVE to learn, and this course will give me the opportunity to advance a lot faster and better in life. You might think you already have a good memory (and I did have a relatively good memory before this course), but your present abilities are surely WAY below what you’ll get after a couple of lessons! Like Pmemory said, your ability to memorize will raise by 60 times better!

Some additional benefits I found using this course.

Increased ability to make links between anything. It will be very easy for you to make links between your existing knowledge even if it wasn’t encoded using GMS techniques. You will hear words in a sentence and easily recall in what context you have heard that word last. What happens is that your stimuli response is increased. Your brain “reveals” on the spot all the connections to that bit of information.

Self-discipline

If you do not have a lot of self-discipline this course will train it. You will be able to achieve anything, start running for a marathon etc. You’ll built your mind muscles as well as your discipline muscles.

Better attention

You will be able to study, or work longer hours on the same activity since your brain will be used to focusing.

Dominic, 18, Student, Canada

Well just like every other student who has completed the control test after the second course, I can honestly say this course is an absolute breakthrough in memory training. This course really can help you become a professional in what ever field of study you choose. I strongly believe that this course is the future to academic success.

Benn Boshell, 18, UK

When I first came across this site, I was skeptical. I browsed the forums for a while and watched the demonstration video and I was amazed. This IS the best method out there for memorizing material quickly and efficiently.

Thanks Pmemory!

Edward M, 18, Student, USA

I want to thank you. Thanks! Surprisingly, but all what you say about the “Giordano Memorization System" on the main page of the site is true.

What is reputable is how attentively and honestly you treat your students. You always quickly answer my questions. I asked many questions that were not even directly related to the idea and you answered them too. You let me know about a lot of useful and interesting stuff. Thank you.

Now I use the GMS and it even became a part of my daily practices.

I mentioned earlier that I studied botany with the help of the GMS. It was very easy. I remembered systematization and then I remembered the characteristic of each group via arbitrary images.

I am writing all this so that you know that your work well appreciated. I am not the most talented student but I try. I think that though the training goes through the Internet there still is a personal contact with the students.
