This course makes studying pathetically easy. If every student learnt this, then the colleges and universities would have to make exams considerably harder because every student would be obtaining near 100% every time.

I am honestly stunned. Without a doubt it's the best investment I've ever made.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve themselves and their memory... First I tried Kevin Trudeau's mega memory course and then stumbled upon your site and decided to give this one a go as well. I wasn't disappointed! This is FAR FAR FAR ( x 1000000.... ) times better, it doesn't even compare.

Mnemonic Devices

Mnemonic devices are memory aids dedicated to the task of improving a person's memorization skills. Most of the mnemonic devices are based on simple memory strategies that have been used for ages to remember stuff. Even though it is a lot easier to remember the information if one has understood it well, sometimes it becomes essential to depend on rote memory. Some of the common types of mnemonic devices are:
  1. ACROSTICS
Acrostics involves the use the letters of a word to form a sentence. For example, To remember the sequence of mathematical operations that should be followed in solving equations, the sentence "My Dear Aunt Sara" is used. Here M stands for Multiplication, D stands for division, A stands for addition and S stands for Subtraction.

  2. ACRONYMS
Acronyms are formed with the help of the first letters derived from a group of words. It is most useful for memorizing lists in specific order. Some common examples of acronyms are PAIM which stands for Petrified, Actual Remains, Imprint and Molds. These are the four different types of fossils and can be used for a geology exam.

  3. CHUNKING
Chunking is another one from the various mnemonic devices which can be extremely useful for remembering data containing a lost list of numbers such as telephone numbers, social security numbers and the like. It is based on the principle that it is much easier to remember number when they are broken down into smaller chunks than when read at once.

  4. SONGS AND RHYMES
Rhyme, melody, rhythm and repetition can also work as memory aids. They can draw one's auditory memory and can be useful, particularly for those people who can remember rhymes and tunes easily.
