This course makes studying pathetically easy. If every student learnt this, then the colleges and universities would have to make exams considerably harder because every student would be obtaining near 100% every time.

I am honestly stunned. Without a doubt it's the best investment I've ever made.

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve themselves and their memory... First I tried Kevin Trudeau's mega memory course and then stumbled upon your site and decided to give this one a go as well. I wasn't disappointed! This is FAR FAR FAR ( x 1000000.... ) times better, it doesn't even compare.

Memory Exercise To Keep Your Mind Fit

The more we use our brain, the better our memory becomes by memory exercise. We are able to remember things in a better way using memory exercise. The more we interact with people, the more it grows through memory exercise perception and action because our brain is a thinking organ. We can try some neurobic exercise to improve our memory. For genuinely doing neurobic memory exercises, we have to do something novel.

The following memory exercise steps should be taken to undergo neurobic exercises:

  • Memory exercise to use one or more senses in a novel way, that is, using additional memory exercise senses to do ordinary tasks not using the senses you normally use. Memory exercise for example: Getting dressed for office and taking shower with eyes closed, or memory exercise eating a meal without uttering a word with the family using visual clues.

  • Another memory exercise you can do is to combine more than one sense in unusual ways, like listing to your favorite piece of music while reading a book.

  • A good memory exercise will be to do something unusual to enhance your basic emotions of sorrow, happiness or anger.

  • Break a routine activity in a novel memory exercise way. Memory exercise for example: going to office through completely a new way or one more memory exercise: shopping at a local market instead of super market.

  • Exercise your mind by solving puzzles, playing mind games, another memory exercise, etc.
