Hello,
Some months ago I started the pmemory course and after the 32nd lesson I think, I gave up. Now I intend to start a new try, but as I have perceived that my attention seems not to be as stable as I'd wish or as I think it is necessary to get the course done, I decided to go on with e new strategy and to firstly cure myself from "mind-wandering" by using IM 2.0.
Because I know all the figurative codes, I plan to get myself so far to memorize 300 numbers in one perusal and after I have gained this ability to focus my attention on one subject, I will start the course and finish it.
My question would be: How many hours do I have to dedicate to this program each day? Once I have heard that the amount of numbers should be increased by ten numbers steadily after three days.
Do I really have to practice each day as a new student just for 5 or ten minutes? How much is the time or how much should be the time spent on this program?
(Maybe some things I have wrote aren't really clear, because of my some times flawy English, but i think you get what I want to know)
PS: Just imagine that I achieve my goal and one day I will be really able to memorize 300 numbers effortlessly or even more numbers (how knows 500 or 1000). Means achieving this state of attention focusing really that in future I will be able to direct my attention to everything I want, for as many hours as I desire, without being concerned to be distracted my other things?
